BPO Data Entry Service: It's simple. With our experience and desire to see our clients grow, Online Real Estate Assistant offer the following data entry services.
- Input subject and comp property data.
- Add/upload comp and subject photo.
- Determine proximity from subject.
- Summarize comp similarities based on MLS information.
- Upload BPO content online or fill out BPO word/PDF documents.
Our Broker Price Opinion (BPO) services affords you the opportunity to continuously grow your exposure among the banks through more BPO acceptance, accurate valuations, and a higher conversion rate of transferring the property from broker price opinion (BPO) to a listing.
We offer you the opportunity to spend less time pulling comps, researching neighborhood information, completing BPO forms, uploading photos, and more. We also assist clients offering BPO and REO services become established with various BPO and REO Companies.
A few of BPO Portals we work with includes: Wells Fargo (PAS REO), EQUATOR, RES.net, REO Experts, DispoSolutions, Single Source, Old Republic, LSI, Green River, and Clear Capital.
Important Information
- The turnaround for BPOs is between 24 - 36 hours, based on information received and processed on a first-come, first-serve basis only. All orders are placed in que.
- BPO orders received after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business processing day in the order received.
- Rush order BPOs (BPOs that are due within 24 hours) will be charged a rush fee of $30.00.
- All late submissions to us must be approved and paid in advance.
- All Subject and Comps Property information must be upload through our Client Doc Submission.
- We will not process any BPOs if your payment has not been confirmed.

- BPO Data Entry Only - $18.00 - $20.00 each
- BPO Data Entry - We Pull Comps $25.00 each (MLS Access Required)
- RUSH BPO Order $30.00
