  • Research public records and related sites to obtain the name and contact information of the HOA or COA.
  • Maintain directory of home owner and condo owner associations.
  • Obtain the procedures required to obtain the estopple, statement of account, assessment, etc from the association.
  • Complete all Association and REO Bank required forms.
  • Submit requests to approve fee to the REO Bank HOA Specialist.
  • Order Certificate of Title, Substitute Trustee Deed, etc from the REO Bank.
  • Submit required documentation to the HOA or COA with payment if applicable.
  • Order resale certificate, CCRs, by-laws, etc as required.
  • Audit/dispute estopple, statement of account, assessments, etc to ensure that the fees charged are accurate.
  • Order corrected and updated statements if required.
  • Submit updated HOA/COA documents to the REO Banks as required.
  • Submit payment to HOA/COA or Attorney (processed through QuickBooks or Online Bill Pay).
  • Submit reimbursement of all fees paid by the agent or broker if applicable.
