Carolyn Nelson, NAR REPA

Carolyn Nelson, Team Leader
Carolyn Nelson is the Team Leader for Online REPA and manages the entire communication process between team, client, buyers, sellers, investors, asset managers, and other parties to each transaction. Carolyn has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, 25+ years in customer service/management, holds the NAR REPA designation and multiple UREATC designation as a Real Estate Professional Assistant. Carolyn has also completed 18 hours of training at CPCC for Real Estate Assistants, multiple real estate related training programs in the areas of listing, marketing, and closing, in addition to the NC Real Estate Pre-licensing Class.
Jamillah Nelson, Assistant
Jamillah is the data entry clerk for Online REPA. Her primary role is to update all property listings twice a week, setup new transactions, and input BPO data in to various BPO Portals.
Robert Grayson, Technical Support and Assistant
Robert brings the skills and knowledge of tech support services by keeping our system online and on track. Robert also provides graphic design and editing, data entry, and software management. Robert also assists with BPO Data Entry and image enhancements.
Online REPA also utilize the services of four (4) additional assistants on an as needed basis. |
