Closing Process
Once you receive a contract on a listing or a buyer purchase, we will process
your contracts using the following process if you do not provide one to us.

Broker/Agent completes nline Real estate Professional
Assistant's New Transaction Online Order Form

Broker/Agent will upload all documents into his or her online account in the
client login area.
Processing Orders

Open escrow
-
Verify documents for initials and signatures if applicable

Submit all required documents to Escrow, Lender, etc.

Process Broker checklist
- Order and Schedule all Inspections

Collect all required property reports

Track Contingencies and transaction schedule

Collect all applicable forms and documents
- Communicate with Agents, Coordinators, Lender, and Escrow Company

Order Home Warranty

Order repairs and collect all repair receipts

Collect all outstanding documents

Schedule closing

Schedule final walk-thru
- Order and review preliminary HUD-1

Request Final HUD-1

Submit all Broker-required documents to the Broker (Checklist required)
