  • Compile and submit complete offer packages to the seller/bank

  • Submit seller counter offer to the buyer/selling agent for signature
  • Review counter offer and reo package for completeness and signatures
  • Obtain buyer pre-approval or proof of funds
  • Distribute seller/bank accepted contract
  • Monitor the closing process by following up with the lender, title company
  • Update the seller/asset manager on a regular basis (weekly)
  • Monitor and obtain all contingencies and contingency removals
  • Obtain and distribute the appraisal, inspection reports, and addendums (if applicable)
  • Obtain firm loan commitment (unconditional loan commitment)
