When working with a remote or off site assistant, there are several things you should know.

  1. Your remote assistant works off-site. That means that your assistant does not physically work in your office and can only be accessed via, email, phone, fax, and web conferencing.
  2. Your assistant works for multiple brokers and agents. Work is pre-scheduled and managed by appointment only.
  3. A service agreement or contract is required to protect both parties.
  4. It is necessary to establish a process before the working relationship begins. This includes
    • File submissions
    • Direct phone number
    • Online storage

When submitting your listings, please provide the following paperwork and information through out "SERVICE ORDER" page. This will ensure that all submission are being monitored at the time of submission.

  • Listing Agreement
  • Property Marketing Photos
  • All Seller Disclosures
  • REO Disclosure for (if applicable)
  • Marketing Verbiage

Closing Checklist

When submitting a closing contract, please provide the following paperwork and information by method of the "Closing Order"  form.

  • Executed Contract
  • Buyer Pre-Approval
  • All Disclosures, Addendums, and Counters
  • Contact information for all transaction parties.
  • Listing of all missing and incomplete documents
  • Title contact information

 

When submitting other orders such as the Short Sale Package, MLS Sheet, BPO Order, etc. Please upload your attachment in PDF  or word format only. Multiple uploads can be submitted.

Your photo file must have all photos stored in one folder and that folder must be submitted as a zip file. Photo files must be in JPG format only.
